Frequently Asked Questions

  • Buy One Get One Free - purchase one item and receive a second, of equal or lesser value, free. Offers will specify if the second item needs to be the same or if you can combine items. Example: Buy a pint and receive a free pint or buy a pint and receive a free glass of wine.

  • 1. When you are ready to redeem, go to the establishment’s offers screen.

    2. Tap the offer that you would like to redeem (Blue = Active/Gray = Inactive).

    3. Show your server/beer-tender/cashier the offer that you want to redeem, before you hit redeem.

    4. Select “Redeem” to receive the offer.

  • To protect our business partners, we cannot reactivate a redeemed offer. Please ensure your server sees your offer and knows you are ready to redeem before selecting it.

  • Available offers are blue - redeemed offers are gray. Offers will renew, becoming available for use, daily, weekly, or monthly.

  • Under the "list view" or "Redeem Deal" section, selct “Browse By Category” at the top right of the screen to find special offers or locations. For example, you can search for businesses with patios, those offering deals on entertainment, or those who welcome pets. Or you can find the amenities our businesses offer: dog friendly, patio, price, darts, pool table, pull tabs, and family friendly.

  • Tap on “Redeem Deal” for a list of all the great businesses providing you with daily, weekly, or monthly deals.

  • Yes, we greatly appreciate your help in expanding our offerings! Please forward our website to the business owner and ask them to connect with us, to bring them new customers and to help us support their community.

General Questions

App Technical Questions

  • Make sure you have a strong connection. In some locations, you may need to be connected to WiFi to redeem an offer. If that does not work, reset the app.

  • If the interactive map is not loading. Check to see if you grant the Community Alliance App access to your location. In order to use the map, access to your location while using the app is required.

  • Yes. Select the profile icon in the top right of the main screen.

    Tap on who you are supporting and you will go to list of all of our nonprofit partners. Click “OK” then find and tap on the nonprofit you would like to support with future donations. Click “OK” to confirm.

  • At the moment you are not able to upgrade your account. In order to change accounts, you will need to unsubscribe to your current account and create a new one. You will need to use a new email as well.

  • To unsubscribe go to the signup page and log in to your account where you will access the unsubscribe button. You can also unsubscribe on the app. Select the profile icon in top right -> select account settings -> select unsubscribe. You will be able to use your account until your existing subscription ends.

  • All passwords must be 6 characters long.

  • If nothing happens after hitting sign up, please make sure that your membership code is correct and your password meets our requirements.
